Shipping, Delivery, and Returns
Making your purchase as easy as possible
FREE RETURNS:
If your not 100% happy with your purchase with The Kitchen of Magick for any reason, use the free return label in your package (within 30 days of arrival date) and with in the United States. After we have received your return order, please give us 7 business days to process and return your money back to the original payment method.

Unfortunately, customers from outside of the United States are not eligible for returns, we deeply apologize for the inconvenience.

AFTER 30 days, if you have not used or opened your package, we will only be able to offer in-store credit to your TKM account. At this time customers will be responsible for restocking fees. Restocking fees for all products at TKM is $10 for single, due, and trio sets, and $15 for box sets.

SHIPPING:
Orders placed Monday- Thursday will be shipping USPS within 2-3 business days.
Orders placed on Friday-Sunday will have a 1 day laps and will ship within 3-4 business days. IF orders can be filled quicker then TKM will send once made and processed.

PACKAGING:
All Witches boxes and larger orders are sent out in 9in x 11in boxes.
Single, duo, and troi items are sent in smaller boxes no larger then 5in.
Most of our items are packaged in reusable glass. We want our customers to be able to reuse and recycle their products helping reduce our carbon footprint.
