- Sage/lavender bundle- to cleanse your space and provide good & safe vibes
- 3.0 oz. Loose Leaf Organic Mugwort Tea- with other corresponding dream herbs this is to drink an hour before you sleep to put your mind, body and soul in the right state of mind
- 1 oz. of Organic Mugwort (you can add more to your tea to enhance the effects or you can burn it on a charcoal disc and let the smoke waft around your space to enhance the effects that way or smoke it for the "dream remembering" effects. Your choice how to use it. WARNING mugwort has the effect of making you remember your dreams also called the Dream Herb when smoked 100% smokeable. Please be extremely cautious.
- 8 oz. Dream candle: this is made with corresponding crystal chips, light while smoking or drinking your Mugwort to help relax and put you in the right state of consciousness.
- 15.5 oz. Organic Herbal Bath Salts: this is for a relaxing bath before sleep, to help enhance your expirence. Comes with a mesh sachet if you do not like to bathe with herbs. Keep in the bath for 15 mins. Or when your done cleansing and relaxing.
